Abstract

This paper discusses the possibilities created by the conjunction of psychoanalysis, education and movies. Under the widespread notion of a smaller dimension of experience in culture, this work discusses to what extent the polysemic power of movies could be used as a tool for the transference of legacy by culture to subjects still restricted from the access to cultural goods. From the conjunction of Psychoanalysis and Benjamin's idea of experience, showing movies in school is proposed as a mechanism for articulating an Other scene, capable of producing new and different meanings for the inclusive education.
