The high competitiveness of the civil construction market means that companies need to be in constant evolution and innovation, improving their management processes. In the midst of these processes, there is the cost management of a work, which essentially needs data kept to make it viable. In this sense, the research aimed to propose a quantitative management model for analytical budgets of works, through the structuring of a matrix of parameters used as a basis for formulating a template (base model for the construction of projects) BIM (Building Information Modeling) with an approach to optimizing the quantities of infrastructure, superstructure and architecture projects. For that, a case study was carried out, using data from the construction management sector of a company in the field of civil construction, focusing on the main construction systems used. Then, the EAP (Project Analytical Structure) of the base project was elaborated. With this, the analysis of the criteria for defining the parameters and the analysis of the ways of filtering the information were carried out so that there was interconnection with them, generated in the structuring of the matrix, so that the designer did not need to configure the same parameters for each new one. BIM project, verified the probability of elements not being erroneously quantified, ensuring data reliability and optimizing.
