Nacionalismo, musealização e (de)colonialidade em Barbados: algumas considerações preliminares sobre a diversidade sexual e de gênero entre legados indigestos e falsos paradoxos

Desde 2019, o Museu Nacional de Barbados vem apresentando algumas exposições temporárias que abordam a importância dos movimentos sociais para a promoção do respeito à diversidade sexual e de gênero. Trata-se de esboçar uma reflexão sobre as relações entre a formação dos Estados nacionais, os efeitos do colonialismo, a instituição da heteronormatividade e, enfim, a recente visibilização da diversidade sexual e de gênero, a partir de Barbados e seu Museu Nacional.
